Law of Attraction Homeschooling

Children read books in grass

Next week, my kids will be starting a new school year and they’ll be doing their schooling outside of the traditional school. I’m super excited to have the flexibility and fun of online schooling, where their core lessons are provided for them and I’ll be able to supplement their learning with lessons they wouldn’t normally get.

Since I work part-time, I’m hiring a Spanish-speaking helper to work with the kids 15 hours a week.  This time will be Spanish Immersion for them. No English Allowed, except for what they are doing in their online course. This is super exciting to me, but what I’m really stoked about is my decision to create a law of attraction and Unity curriculum for them. I’ve been a member of the Unity School of Christianity since I was 22 and have taught my kids several of the principles, plus they have gone to Sunday school. In the past few years, we haven’t been attending much, just because Sunday was the one day we didn’t have to drive and the closest Unity church is about 40 minutes away. I practice lots of other life transforming practices from law of attraction, to Reiki and Alchemy. I’m excited to share more of these with my kids.

Now I have the time and opportunity to share my beliefs with them and I think it’s going to be lots of fun. I decided I would share some of our journey with teaching law of attraction principles here on Daily Alchemy, along with my regular posts.

Here is an outline of what I’m planning on focusing on each month, which may change through the year:

August- Unity Principles and Definition of God

September- Treasure Maps and Vision Boards

October- Mantras and Affirmations

November- Mediations for Kids

December-29gifts.org and Giving & Receiving

January- Rampage of Appreciation and Gratitude

February- Sedona Method and Effective Questioning

March- Pray Rain Journaling and Scripting

April-Quantum Jumping and Alternate Realities

May- Healing Techniques and Reiki

I’ll share my lessons and what materials I use to teach them and if anyone wants to add in what they do with their kids, I think it could be beneficial. If you don’t have kids or don’t feel like sharing this material with them, I think some of the lessons could end up being great for anyone. I may even start a support group on Facebook if anyone is interested.

If anyone thinks kids can’t understand the law of attraction, I’d like to point out that my thirteen year old daughter created this.  She came to me in February of last year with a dream to be a home schooled competitive gymnast.  At the time, she hadn’t even taken gymnastics since she was seven, but she is now on the team will be training four days a week during the school year while doing online schooling.  I had no plans of pulling by kids out of school, but she had a powerful vision and she created it. She is fluent in Spanish and is teaching herself Mandarin Chinese and wanted someone to help her with it.  What are the chances of finding a person fluent in English, Spanish & Mandarin who’s getting a Master’s in Education in a relatively small town.  They are pretty good when you practice the law of attraction because I’m interviewing one today.

I’m excited to begin Law of Attraction Homeschooling with my children. I’d love to hear any suggestions you might have for me or experiences you’ve had teaching your children about spiritual practices or law of attraction principles. To prove it, I’m giving away a Facebook “manifesting plan” to one of my commenters during the month of August. I’ll put everyone’s name in random.org and choose a winner to be announced here around Sept 1st. Then I’ll email the winner with the details if I have access to their e-mail or you can check back here around the first and message me on my Facebook page. Once you tell me what you want to create, I’ll create a personal manifesting plan for you and we’ll make sure it feels good to you.

Wow, this is such a amazing idea. I love that this is what your children will be learning. I am excited to see how it progresses. I plan to home school my toddler. Thanks for the inspiration. I enjoy your blog immensely!

    • Vicki, Thanks so much! I’ll keep everyone updated. I always thought I’d homeschool until my oldest started school in a house full of babies and I knew I couldn’t work from home, take care of babies and teach her, but now I think it’s the perfect timing for us all. Have fun with your toddler this year!

  • Sondra says:

My 10th grader has been homeschooled since first grade and he loves it! I love your ideas and plan on adding a few of them to our curriculum this year.

  • Cloris Kylie Stock says:

Michelle, great idea! Kids can definitely understand the Law of Attraction and other universal laws because they can intuitively sense the truth. I look forward to reading your updates on the home-schooling program!

I would love to learn more about Unity. When I started relearning it seemed that I was connecting to people on line from Unity. I have read all of Florence Scovel Shinn books and others from that wonderful church. It seems to hit home with me and what I believe. There is no Unity Church around here, but I would love to learn as much about it as I can. Thanks for your wonderful blogs and Angel hugs to you and yours <3

    • Mary, Unity is where I first began my spiritual journey. I’ve expanded on it and it’s not for everyone because some people don’t enjoy the Christian aspects of it, but I love how they really teach true Christianity, loving each other and that we all have the Christ essence inside. I, also, love that most Unity People and churches are open to lots of ideas. I know the one I attended in Georgia had yoga classes and had a Hindu guru speak. They liked to share all universal truths. Let me know if you have any questions I can answer. Angel Hugs back to you. <3

  • You are awesome, Michelle! I love this. Sending all good things to you and your sweet family! XOXO

  • I’m going to homeschool as well. SO EXCITED. The possibilities are endless.

  • […] you missed it, you might want to check out my first home school post with my basic outline for the school year.  I’m going to be incorporating Unity principles […]
