How to Make an Anxiety Toolkit
As a person who suffered from anxiety as long as I can remember, like Kindergarten, I know that we can make lifestyle changes to avoid anxiety and we can learn to let it go, but sometimes we all experience it.
It’s not a part of my daily experience anymore as it was for years, but it comes back at times, particularly when I’m stepping further outside my comfort zone like I have been lately. I’ve been working on lots of new projects for Daily Alchemy and making it a larger part of my life because I love playing in this energy so much, but shifting and learning to new skills has brought out some of those old feelings of anxiety.
I’m going to share with you the Anxiety Toolkit I use when those feeling sneak up and in another post soon I’m going to share more about how to deal with and prevent anxiety.
I decided to try something new and make more a Vlog post and I am new to video and I’m learning so it’s not polished but I hope it gets the point across. So here goes:
In the video the items I shared from my anxiety toolkit are:
1. Essential Oils: Lavender, Vanilla, Young Living Stress Free, Young Living Valor, Young Living Grounding. You can search and find oils that are calming and just pick the one that you enjoy the most.
2. Crystals: howlite, amethyst, rose quartz, and any crystal that feels good to you.
3. Bach Flower Essences Rescue Remedy
Also, don’t hesitate to get professional help for anxiety if you need it. Naturopathic doctors can be helpful too. Mine gave me herbal clam drops that are the bomb, but you have to get them prescribed by a holistic practitioner. Conventional medicine is fine if you need it. Don’t feel like you’ve failed because you need help. Take care of you. Love yourself and be prepared to support your body if and when anxiety strikes. Have your anxiety toolkit ready!
