Self Compassion Magic: Less than 3 Minutes a Day Creates Miracles

Self compassion is magic. Not only that, it’s necessary to growth and a happy life.

You need it. Your body craves it. Please give it to yourself.

Life is a beautiful journey. Sometimes, our paths aren’t always smooth and we second guess the choices we’ve made. That’s part of what makes our stories so captivating.

Your choices were always the best you could make at that moment and they led to better and better choices. Making choices and taking action means you are alive. So does making mistakes.

Revel in the fact that you are a glorious being. Revel in the fact that you are truly alive.

Stand outside yourself and stroke you own hair. Kiss yourself on the top of the head. Surround yourself with love and compassion. Immerse your whole body in it. You deserve it.

Tell yourself:

You are strong.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are adored.

You are unique.

Your journey matters.

It doesn’t matter what you have done. You are forgiven.

You are accepted.

You are and will forever be OK.

You add to the beauty of the world.

You will always be there for you.

Picture these words being written on your hands, your arms, your legs, Β your feet, your back, your abdomen, and on all cells in your body:










Allow your body to vibrate with the frequencies of these words. Allow these gifts into your being. Sit down beside yourself and hold your own hand. Tell yourself you’ll never let go. You’ll always be there for you. Nothing can change that.

Sit in that space until you feel the energy shift. Then, let go knowing that you can always call on you whenever you need to and you will always be there. Do this for yourself every day and magic will happen. I promise. You can’t give yourself love and compassion without opening doors to allow in your dreams.

I recorded this post because I think some of us need to close our eyes and let these words sink into our core. Maybe one of those people is me. The recording is less than three minutes and if you intend to give yourself these messages you will change your life.

  • I love this Michelle!! Sometimes at night when I’m having a difficult time turning my brain off or am feeling through something uncomfortable my higher self will say to me, “Ahhh, I’ll be with you while you feel this.”
